Problem
In a competitive landscape, By Banoo sought strategic insights and innovative solutions to enhance their brand and stand out in the market. They aimed for groundbreaking, unexpected marketing approaches and digital offerings to accelerate their digital edge and add value.
Innovation
"Your Bag, Your Business" is a captivating campaign concept that reveals the multifaceted lives of women who do it all. A bag is more than an accessory; it's a gateway to your personal story, showcasing who you are both in the boardroom and at home juggling playdates and conference calls. What secrets does your bag hold? The unexpected and essential items inside tell a compelling tale of your unique journey.
01 Insights + Solutions
Highlight Bag Capacity. Showcase the interior of the bags and clearly demonstrate their storage capabilities with real examples.
Contextual Showcasing. Display the bags in environments frequented by businesswomen. This contextual approach helps viewers better understand the bag’s size, functionality, and versatility, creating a full-circle moment.
Emphasize the Carrier. Shift the marketing focus from the bags themselves to the women who carry them.
Feature Influential Models. Use well-known businesswomen and industry icons as models on the website to add credibility and appeal.
Create Engaging Content. Produce "What's in My Bag" or more specifically "What Fits in My Bag" videos featuring industry icons packing both work-related and personal items into By Banoo's work bags. This unique content can be showcased on the website to highlight product details and shared on social media channels for broader engagement.
Studio photography. Develop high-quality studio images for marketing and website use to align the brand with a professional audience and build credibility.

02
Marketing Solution
Focusing on the women carrying the bag highlights their multifaceted lives and personal stories. This approach not only underscores the bag’s significance beyond being just an accessory but also elevates the brand’s DNA by aligning with its mission to empower women in their careers, thereby enhancing the brand's story and impact alongside women in their community.
03 Campaign concept
"Your Bag, Your Business" is an engaging campaign that turns the bag into a window into the diverse lives of women, uncovering their unique journeys and the balance between professional demands and personal moments through the surprising and essential items they carry.
04 Approval and implementation
By Banoo approved our concept and implemented the following: showcasing bag capacity by highlighting what fits inside, contextual showcasing by displaying the bags in environments frequented by businesswomen, producing demonstrative "What Fits in My Bag" videos on their website, and creating professional studio content. They also shifted their focus from the products and the founders of By Banoo to the women carrying the bags, presenting a strong "business woman" persona in their branding.
